We require your email address to send you a receipt and in case you need to be contacted regarding your order.
A replacement GOLF Link card can be ordered at a cost of $5.50 (which includes GST, postage and handling). Cards take between 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered from the date of order.
Check Your Address
Please ensure your Golf Club has your correct current address in their system.
You can do this by contacting your club, or by ringing GOLF Link Customer Service on 1300 650 750.
Change Address
If necessary update your address details with your Golf Club.
Your Golf Club's system is connected to GOLF Link and so we'll get notified of your new address.
Order Your Card
Complete the order form on the right.
Your card will be sent directly to the address that Golf Link has on file.
